Off White villas are situated on the hill of Ponti, 400m from the worldwide famous windsurfing Ponti beach and 600m from Vassiliki village which is the center of southern Lefkada.

You can walk (5min) to Ponti beach where you can find beachfront restaurants, supermarkets and watersport facilities. Windsurfing academies are located on Ponti beach, including the famous Vassiliki club. There is also sailing academy and horse riding school

A 14 minute seaside walk (or a 3min drive) gets toy to the picturesque village of Vassiliki, where you can find restaurants, taverns, bars, shop with local products, clothing, bakeries, ice cream shops, cafeterias, ATM machines, pharmacy and health center.

In Vassiliki, there are also another 4 marvelous beaches called “Kolyvata”.

The famous Agiofili beach can be reached either by car (10min) from Vassiliki or by boat, that leaves every hour from the port of Vassiliki and gets you to Agiofili beach, offering a remarkable experience of the Crystal waters of Vassiliki (in 5 minutes).

You can also choose to walk there (25min) and enjoy a remarkable itinerary on the amazing mountain, enjoying the unique view.

From Vassiliki, there is also a highspeed boat to Paxoi and Ithaca and from there you get connection with the same highspeed to all seven islands: Corfu, Kefalonia, Zante (Kithire excluded).

The villas are close to the stunning worldwide famous beaches of Porto Katsiki and Egremnoi, that are on the western part of the island (20min by car). There is also a boat to the above mentioned beaches, every day from Vassiliki port.
