Ponti Beach
You can walk (5min) to Ponti beach where you can find beachfront restaurants, supermarkets and watersport facilities. Windsurfing academies are located on Ponti beach, including the famous Vassiliki club.
Village of Vassiliki
A 14 minute seaside walk (or a 3min drive) gets you to the picturesque village of Vassiliki, where you can find restaurants, taverns, bars, shops with local products, clothing, bakeries, ice cream shops, cafeterias, ATM machines, pharmacy and health center.
Kolivata Beaches
In Vassiliki, there are also another 4 marvelous beaches called “Kolivata”.
Agiofili Beach
The famous Agiofili beach can be reached either by car (10min) from Vassiliki or by boat, that leaves every hour from the port of Vassiliki and gets you to Agiofili beach, offering a remarkable experience of the Crystal waters of Vassiliki.
Paxoi & Ithaca
From Vassiliki, there is also a highspeed boat to Paxoi and Ithaca and from there you get connection with the same highspeed to all seven islands: Corfu, Kefalonia, Zante (Kithire excluded).
Porto Katsiki & Egremnoi Beaches
The villas are close to the stunning worldwide famous beaches of Porto Katsiki and Egremnoi, that are on the western part of the island (20min by car). There is also a boat to the above mentioned beaches, every day from Vassiliki port.

On the hill of Ponti, 400m from the worldwide famous windsurfing beach, those two contemporary villas offer an amazing environment and promise ideal vacation.
Each villa stands in its own garden with a 32m² private pool and dining area and consists of a well equipped luxury kitchen living room, two luxury bedrooms that all offer stunning view to the gulf of Vassiliki, Kefalonia and Ithaca.
Contemporary style and classic luxury mix together. Inside the villas, on the ground floor there is a luxury kitchen and a living room, situated in front of the pool with a sofa that turns to a comfortable double bed and a luxury bathroom.
On the ground floor there is also a two singlebed bedroom that can turn to a double bed according to individual needs.
On the second floor, a double bed luxury bedroom with its own shaded terrace situated so that there is unlimited view to the amazing surrounding (flat land and mountain of Vassiliki, Vassiliki gulf, Ponti beach, Ithaca and Kefalonia). There is also a luxury bathroom next to that bedroom.
Each Villa has its own private pool (32m² each).
The architecture of the villas, through the large openings, remakes the boundaries of indoor and outdoor area allowing the guest in continue dialogue with the pool garden and stunning view.
